Catering
At some events of over 250 guests, the catering tent is almost as large as the main tent. So when we talk power and lighting, the catering tent should have it's own power drops tapped right off of the existing generator.
This way all of the elctrical needs of the cooks and staff can be monitored and maintained properly throughout the corse of the evening. We have seen our fair share of catering mishaps and trust me, it can get out of control really fast.

are, and supply them accourdingly.

A single coffee pot requires a 15 amp circuit, A stove requires another 30 amp circut
. . imagine having multiple apliences? Trust me . . dealing with the catering tent upfront is the way to go.
