Catering

At some events of over 250 guests, the catering tent is almost as large as the main tent. So when we talk power and lighting, the catering tent should have it's own power drops tapped right off of the existing generator.
This way all of the elctrical needs of the cooks and staff can be monitored and maintained properly throughout the corse of the evening. We have seen our fair share of catering mishaps and trust me, it can get out of control really fast.
Dealing with the catering tent and it's electrical needs right from the start is the best way to go. We will work with your caterer to find out what their electrical requirements are, and supply them accourdingly.
Catering 101

Believe it or not, catering is sometimes an overlooked component at some events. More often than not the catering team is left to draw it's power from the home or existing structure.
At one event I've seen an entire catering tent try to run itself off of a single 15 amp household circut, meanwhile everyone at the event was trying to figure out why the breakers in the house were tripping and the catering tent was in the dark.
A single coffee pot requires a 15 amp circuit, A stove requires another 30 amp circut . . imagine having multiple apliences? Trust me . . dealing with the catering tent upfront is the way to go.
