Lighting 101
When planning your event, remember, lighting may not be just for your tent. You should supplement the surrounding areas with illumination as well so aesthetics and safety will not jeopardize your event. This support lighting is not essential for the event, but having it in place will increase the success of the function and allow people the freedom to roam about.

Support lighting will add depth to the event site,
and can add ambiance to a dull and lifeless backdrop as the night falls on the tent. Parking area and walkway lighting can also be provided for those places were extra added light will make it easier for your guests to navigate their way to and from the event site. So remember lighting outside the tent is just as important.

Tent lighting is not new to Montreal, it just needs
to be exposed to the public as a means of enhancing a tent event. Too many tent parties
are put together with the basic lighting packages provided by the tent companies,
and for the most part people aren't aware there are lighting options. . . . and though
tent lighting isn't cheap, it's not so out of reach.
